In order to help facilitate a smooth transition for picking up your keys and scheduling your furniture delivery, please contact the Palazzo Home Owner Association Manager prior to your arrival.

Furniture Delivery

Furniture deliveries are limited to two per day.  Please call in advance once you have a delivery date so you may be placed on the schedule. Keys and access to your unit will be granted once you have closed. If you will be arriving to the property after hours or on weekends, special arrangements may be made for key pick up by contacting Tom Nelson.


Utilities

Utilities will need to be transferred into your name the day of closing.

Rental Management Program
